Hi ya’ll … 🌞 Today I am sharing part 3/3 of Sinusitis. This post I am sharing two Ayurvedic protocols for sinusitis I have used with my clients. Please read the other 2 posts to inform yourself properly. 😊
Today, I will be sharing one Marma point that will help with Sinusitis. Important to note that based on the individual, + their symptoms, other marma points should be implemented.
Nasa Agra marma point. Nasa means nose, + Agra is tip. This point is the door to the nose, + the opening of the prana vaha strotas (respiratory channels). Used for many nasal disorders.
Actions: benefits the nose + lungs, and regulates prana + apana vayu.
Prana vayu means the chest region, specifically heart + lungs. Apana vayu means it influences digestion, + elimination in this context.

Ayurvedic Herbal Steam
- Boil about 6 cups of water in a kettle
- Use a large bowel, heat proof, heavy duty
- Then add 5 drops of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Clove Bud into the bowel
- Using a towel to cover your head, lean over the bowl and inhale the steam.
- Close your eyes + slowly breathe for 10 minutes. 10 breaths inhaling through your nose + out through your mouth, + 10 breaths inhaling through your mouth + exhaling through your nose. Repeat.
You can also use the oils I suggested here on the marma point, with a carrier oil of your choice. Thank you for tuning into Part 3/3 of Sinusitis.
