Cedarwood Essential Oil (15 ml) amber glass bottle – “Cedrus Deodora”
This is Himalayan Cedarwood essential oil. It has a warm, woody, rich hue, earthy, and sweet. Special Ayurvedic variety of cedarwood.
Cedarwood is a Base Note:
- It’s grounding and leaves a lasting impression. That’s because the base note is the slowest to evaporate and sometimes isn’t even discernible for the first few hours as the top and middle notes take centre stage. Usually intense and heady aromas, base notes have a relaxing trait.
Combines well with:
- Rosemary, chamomile, eucalyptus, vetiver, ylang ylang, sage, sandalwood, and frankincense.
How to Use:
- For diffusing, add 5 drops to diffuser. Add 5-10 drops to 10 ml of carrier oil for local application.
- Strengthen your hair and this may prevent hair loss by mixing five drops of cedarwood, rosemary, lavender, and thyme essential oils with olive oil. Rub this into your scalp daily to help stimulate hair follicles. Anti-fungal properties, helps with dry/flaky scalp. Increases circulation to your scalp, and stimulates hair follicles. Use a combination of rosemary, lavender, cedarwood, thyme, and tea tree oil, can promote hair growth. Simply, add oils to
a carrier oil, let it sit in your hair for 1 hour, and rinse. Do this couple times a week. You can also, add to your shampoo, or hair rinse! - Repels pests and moths in your home, and halts mildew growth. Can keeps ants, ticks, fleas, and bugs away. Natural bug spray.
