Anti-Inflammatory Blend 50 ml

How to use? Ingest 1-2 full droppers, once a day. ​You decide when it would be the best time to ingest the medicine. Rules: Put 2 full droppers in a small cup, add 1.5 tablespoons of water. ​(That will dilute the strength a little) Then let it sit in your mouth, under your tongue for 20 seconds, then swallow. This way it enters your blood stream immediately. Please do not eat or drink, anything except water for 20-30 minutes before and after you ingest the medicine.

Turmeric – Curcumin happens to be a potent antioxidant that can neutralize free radicals due to its chemical structure. Boosts the activity of the body’s own antioxidant enzymes. Anti-Inflammatory, curcumin is a bio-active substance that fights inflammation at the molecular level.

Ashwagandha Root – Powerful adaptogen, and anti-inflammatory. Ashwagandha’s plant sterols, used on a continued bases is more powerful than hydro cortisone. Adaptogenic qualitites of Ashwagandha minimizes excessive cortisol output from stress.

Clinical studies have shown that Ashwagandha has been helpful with Alzheimer’s, because it helps with brain cell degeneration, learning, memory and reaction time. Why? Because it helps the brain modify the way the brain uses acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is involved in many function including memory and muscle control.

Boswellia Serrata – Helpful with osetoarthristis, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease. How? Boswellica acid, prevents the formation of leukotrienes in your body. Leukotrienes, are molecules that have been identified as a cause of inflammation. These acids inhibit 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), an enzyme that produces leukotriene. Acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (AKBA) is thought to be the most powerful of the four boswellic acids, which it is an amazing anti-inflammatory!

Ginger Root – Gingerol is the main bio active compound in ginger, that is great for inflammation. Reduces muscle pain and soreness.
