Simplified Usage for Enhanced Efficacy

To achieve the best results from tinctures, please ingest sublingually (under the tongue), leave it for 10-20 seconds, then swallow. This method ensures quick absorption into the bloodstream.

Dilute with 1 – 1.5 tablespoons in water, before ingesting. This way it cuts the taste, in your mouth. Some people prefer to ingest it directly.

You can burn off the alcohol. If you add boiling water, with the tincture, and leave it for 5 minutes. The alcohol evaporates, and the medicinal contents are left intact. Safe and effective.

Storage

Please store tinctures, and essential oils in a cool, dark place. Once tinctures are opened they do not need to be refrigerated.

Know Your Dropper

1 mL delivers 400 mg of potent herb in each serving. Avoid consuming other liquids 20 – 30 minutes before and after taking your tincture for enhanced absorption, ensuring that your body fully assimilates the potent herbal extracts.
