🌿 What is Ayurveda PART 4🌿 

💓Let’s continue to discuss What is Ayurveda. Part 4. 

💓India, like other ancient civilizations, has never divided science from philosophy/belief system (religion). All knowledge is viewed as a whole, to help promote health, and happiness. 

💓“Philosophy is the love of truth. Science is the discovery of truth through experiment. Religion or a belief system (I like the refer to), is the experience of truth and application of it in daily living.” – Vasant Lad 

💓Ayurveda states that the source of all existence is Universal Cosmic Consciousness. This is manifested as male and female energy. Prakriti is the female energy, and Purusha is the male energy. The male and female energy is present in all living organisms, and inanimate objects. Both Prakriti and Purusha are unmeasurable, and eternal. 

💓Moreover, creation of this cosmos happens through the love of female and male energy. Purusha the lover, and Prakriti the loved. The Divine mother (Prakriti, Parvati), gives birth to nature, all life forms, plants, and animals. The Divine Mother nourishes them through her body which is the (Earth). 

💓Lastly, Man is a creation of cosmic consciousness. Humans are thought to be a microcosm, and macrocosm of the universe. Everything that is present in the universe, the same exists in humans.
