Basic Ayurvedic Tips For Acid Reflux Part 3

May 10, 2023

💓 Thank you for tuning into Part 3 of Ayurveda and Acid Reflux. Please read my other posts on acid reflux before reading this, to get the best informed about the topic. This is a basic review of how acid reflux is connected to emotional health…

💓 We all know we need to learn how to manage stress, and worry. But what happens to the body if you keep pushing your feelings down?

💓 Every physical manifestation connects to an emotional disturbance. Indigestion indicates gut level fear, anxiety, griping, grunting, and dread. As your (LES), + Esophagus, represents your throat chakra. This has to do with communication, how you communicate, and get your point across, this could mean you do not speak up enough, or the opposite that you talk too much, find balance in being able to communicate with discernment, and clarity. Your stomach represents your solar plexus which represents self – esteem, confidence, feeling in control of your life.

💓 Lastly, with clients I focus on ingesting foods that are not contradicting in nature, and against your Prakruti. Looking at the unique body type of each individual, while examining the vikruti (current bodily imbalances).

💓 Thank you, I hope everyone enjoyed this post. Stay tuned for the last Part 4 of 4 Ayurveda and acid reflux.

🙏🏽💓☀️ Love & Light
