🍲 Favour sour, sweet, and salty tastes. Use lots of ghee, oil, and eat soft, mushy foods.

🍚Breakfast foods, such as: cooked grains, cream of wheat/rice, oatmeal, tapioca are wonderful for fall time.

🥘 Lunch and dinner, foods such as: hearty grains, soups, steamed vegetables, stews are all moisturizing and grounding.

🍗🍖🍗Are you a meat eater? Lol….then this is the time of year to fill up! This is the ideal time of year to eat meat, because it is grounding.

🌰🥜As for nuts/seeds, and dairy products most are good.

🥑🍈🌽🍝Overall, minimize, consumption of RAW vegetables, frozen, and cold foods. Also, minimize pungent, bitter, and astringent tastes. Eat these foods in moderation: cooling, drying, and light foods such as: cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouts, white potatoes, beans, popcorn, dried fruit, millet, leafy greens, crackers. Minimize those listed foods, and if you eat them then please cook well, and serve with ghee.
