🍂Establish a daily routine, keep a consistent schedule, for example, eat at set times each day.

🍂Calm the mind by rising early, and honour the stillness, peace and quiet that is intrinsic to the morning hours. Perhaps, you would like to try to meditate for 15 minutes in the morning, this will help calm your nervous system, and ground your energy.

🍂Along with your morning routine apply and massage your skin with warm sesame oil, (heating) to awaken your tissues.

🍂Have a relaxing warm shower. Humidifiers and steam baths also help retain internal moisture.
