🌿Ayurvedic White Thymus Zygis Essential Oil🌿

White Thyme essential oil has a warm, spicy, powerful, strong herbaceous scent.
🌿General Benefits & Use:
- Contains a lot of thymol constituent, which possesses it anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and it helps stimulate the production of white blood cells which help to fight infection.
- Extremely beneficial in protecting your home from mold. Also known for purifying skin + fighting off mold-related bacteria.
- Anti-fungal properties, great for acne (Propionibacterium acne). Apply to skin with carrier oil. Slays candida albicans fungus. Powerful germ-killer with its antibacterial and antiseptic properties
🌿White Thyme is a Top Note:
Top notes are uplifting and refreshing. Top notes evaporate the quickest, 30 minutes.
🌿Ayurvedic Use:
- Balances the Kapha dosha. Thyme has warming, drying, lightening, and stimulating aromas, with spicy overtones, that pacifies Kapha.
- Stimulates the production of estrogen hormones in women, which is responsible for reproductive health. Massaging a blend of 3 drops of thyme oil with 2 teaspoons of sesame oil gently on the abdominal area can grant relief from severe pain and foster blocked menstruation.
- Strengthens the immune system and makes the body defensive against respiratory infections. The warming nature of this oil helps in clearing congestion and breaking up mucous and phlegm. 2 drops of thyme oil added to hot water for steam inhalation can open blocked nasal passages + soothe the respiratory system.
🌿Combines well with: Grapefruit, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Sweet and Orange.
🌿How to Use:
- Diffuser, put 5 drops
- Add 10 drops to a spray bottle, and disinfect counter tops, mould, bathroom
