🌿🌼PART 2: AYURVEDA + HOW TO STAY COOL IN SUMMER🌿🌼

🍇🍉Cooling Fruits: grapes (red, purple, black), honeydew, lime, melons, pears, pomegranate, prunes, raisins, raspberries, strawberries, watermelon.🍇🍉

🥒Cooling Vegetables: Asparagus, beets, beet greens, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cilantro, cucumber, green beans, kale (and most bitter greens), lettuce, okra, parsnip, peas, potatoes, rutabaga, spinach (raw), sprouts, squash (summer), zucchini.🥒

🌰Cooling Nuts: Coconut, and almonds (soaked + peeled).🌰

🥛Cooling Dairy Products: Buttermilk, cow’s milk, goat’s milk, ghee, homemade yogurt.🥛

🍽Cooling legumes: Azuki Beans, black-eyed peas, garbanzo beans (chick peas), red lentils, mung beans, pinto beans, soy beans, tofu, white beans.🍽

🍖Cooling Meats: Buffalo, rabbit, turkey, venison.🍖

🍜Cooling Grains: Amaranth, barley, oats, wheat pasta, quinoa, basmati rice, tapioca, wheat.🍜

🥘🥗** But remember following this also depends on your Ayurvedic constitution, and your current state of imbalance as well!!! **🍜🍲
