Ayurveda & How To Stay Cool In The Summer

July 30, 2020

🌻🌿PART 1: AYURVEDA + HOW TO STAY COOL IN SUMMER🌿🌻

🌸Beautiful long, hot days, family vacations, beach time, soaking in the sun, and much more fun!🌸

🔥The element of fire is correlated to the Pitta dosha, which matches the season of summer. Hot, sunny, days (depending on where you live).🔥

🔥Shortcomings of Pitta dosha in this time (fire + heat), some sign are:
🔥Indigestion, (heartburn, diarrhea)
🔥Quick to get angry, or impatient
🔥Hot, overheated feeling
🔥Eye irritations, or red skin

🌿So how do you manage? Ayurveda expresses this very key principle, that like increases like, and opposites decrease each other. Additionally, use your 5 senses, (taste, smell, sight, hearing, + touch).

Please refer to the following to learn how to STAY COOL in these hot summer times.🌿
