Problems With Dribbling Urine?

July 7, 2025

Are you experiencing issues with dribbling urine? I have had male + female clients experience this issue. Fixing dietary, plus adding Ayurvedic medicines helps a lot. But here are 2 Marma points, you can implement at home to help with dribbling urine.

2 Gulpha points. The 2 points located on the medial and lateral aspects of the ankle joint.

In Sanskrit, gulpha means dimple or ditch. A ditch is a place where water collects. Edema, swelling due to build up of fluids, becomes visible under the loose skin of both the ankle + lower eyelid.

Gulpha influences the kidneys. Lateral Gulpha is associated with the ovaries in women, and prostate + testicles in men.

Action

  • Benefits the ankles, relieves pain locally
  • Improves circulation in the feet
  • Regulates kidney function + water filtration
  • Pacifies Kapha dosha

Indications

  • Urinary incontinence, dribbling urine, retention of urine, difficulty of urination
  • Ankle pain + edema, swelling due to arthritis
  • Cold feet
  • Kidney dysfunction: renal colic
  • Kapha based, emotional disturbance

Fixing dietary, plus adding Ayurvedic medicines helps a lot. As well as, implementing these 2 Marma points at home to help with dribbling urine. But there can be other causative factors as well for this issue for men and women. Such as, straining during bowel movements, or other various factors.
