🌿 Ancient Ayurvedic medicine states that, everything you are looking for is within you. 

🌿 Perhaps it seems like in this reality we look to the outside world for everything. The “answers” seem to lie outside, someone will save me, some self help coach, institutions, etc.… Trying to seek things outside of ourselves such as: looking for acceptance, approval, etc.. Perhaps we think creating joy is based on aspects we can not control, and then our lives get filled with unmet expectations…. 🤔 hmmm anyways…..
