🌿Ayurvedic CCF TEA – Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel Tea 🌿

  • Stimulates agni, encourages digestion, helps with indigestion, gas, and bloating.
  • Helps soothe inflamed mucous membranes in and around stomach walls.
  • Drink during mealtime, after meals, or throughout the day to support healthy digestion. 
  • Helps assimilation of nutrients with meals.
  • Gently breaks down ama (toxins), supports natural detoxification process, and stimulates lymphatic flow. 
  • Balances blood glucose levels

How to make? Mix equal parts of cumin seed, coriander seed, and fennel seed. 2 teaspoons of CCF tea, in 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, stronger brew steep for 10 minutes. 

  • Enjoy hot or cold.
  • Balances all doshas. 
  • Cumin is salty, pungent, hot, pacifies Vata and Kapha
  • Coriander is bitter – dry, cooling, decreases Pitta (balances the heat from cumin)
  • Fennel is sweet, moistening, cooling, decreases Pitta (balances the heat from cumin)
