🍂So, what exercise tips for fall? Vata is easily exacerbated by fast, mobile activities. Therefore, think of slow, gentle, activities that are strengthening for your body.
🍂For example, biking, swimming, yoga, hiking are good alternatives if you do these activities at the right pace … not too intense. Please balance your activities with the appropriate amount of sleep, and relaxation so your tissues can regenerate accordingly.
🍂The best time to exercise is in the early morning (6-10 am) or evening hours (6-10 pm).
