🍂Seasonal routine: We intuitively follow a fall routine already for example, this time of year we are making hearty soups, which are grounding, and eat foods that tame the light, dry, and erratic nature of autumn. You can make a some lifestyle and diet choices that counteract the effects for fall.

🍂Choose substantial, nourishing, oily foods that are high in fat, protein, and cook with warm, invigorating spices, served hot! Why? This will help you preserve your internal moisture, and help you stay grounded during fall.
