Thus, increases awareness, enhances your memory, advances reading skills, and makes you more mentally aware. Additionally, jumping on the balls of your feet makes your mind and body make neural muscular adjustments to a lack of balance from continuous jumping. 🌿Improves Breathing: 🍂Helps get the prana moving! Jumping enhances the efficiency of how you breathe. 🌿Some mistakes, I have learned along the way …. 🍂Do not bend your legs 🍂Wear high quality shoes 🍂Jump and bounce only from toes 🍂Find your tempo! 🌿I personally can not jump rope for 20 minutes straight…lol…not yet. 🍂So, for beginners: 🍃I do 20 minutes of skipping every other day. 🍃 But, you can start with a 10 minute, daily work out = 100 calorie burn 🍃 Skip for 30 sec, rest for 30 sec (repeat that 5 times) 🍃 Then … Skip for 60 sec, rest for 60 sec (repeat 3 times) = 10 minute daily work out.
