I have had a hard time incorporating exercise into my daily routine, because like most of us I work 5-6 days a week. When I am off for the day …. evening hours set in…and I want to relax, spend time with family, and eat. 🌿On the weekends I go for walks in nature. But I need cardio for the weekdays. 🌿Skipping has been an amazing solution for me. I started skipping 20 minutes every other day so far. In 10 days I have noticed a huge improvement! The fat around my tummy has decreased, my core feels stronger, and my energy levels have improved. Crazy… because people who know me are aware that I am a person who is always running around….
